The protective filters ensures that no small particles enter the sound tube. Sooner or later the protective filter will be “full” this will result in the lower or no sound from the earphone. Change the protective filters regularly to keep the best sound.

When replacing the filter, use a needle or a pair of tweezers to pull them off. Ensure that there is no dirt on the edges of the sound pipe. Carefully detach a new adhesive filter from the pack and fit in the same place as the old filter. Make sure the filter fits securely into position.
